Stacy is the Principal Broker for The Reda Sales Team at Keller Williams Realty. She is a real person with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She has well-rounded experience in all aspects of a real estate transactions.

Stacy is a Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) in the state of TN who specializes in Middle TN area.  She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate in TN. The real estate market is not the same everywhere, so you need a REALTOR® you can trust for the most up-to-date information. You need someone who knows this area inside and out!  Stacy will listen to you and will assist you to sell your home quickly while netting you the most money.

Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Stacy has 10+ years in the Mortgage Industry, and 3+ years as a legal secretary specializing in VA/FHA foreclosures, in addition to years processing mortgage loans. Her enthusiasm for helping others coupled with her expertise helps her connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible.

Originally hailing from a small town in KY, Makeba made Clarksville, TN her home after completing her undergraduate college career in 2000 at Austin Peay State University in Elementary Education. After numerous years of student recruitment and retention in higher education settings, Makeba made the switch to real estate. With Makeba's wealth of experience in assisting people during transitional periods in their lives, along with her Masters Degree in Business Administration, a career in real estate was a natural fit.

As a Realtor, her #1 priority is to make her clients happy. She achieves this by listening to her clients' wants and needs.

She strives to achieve the best outcome in each transaction.  Makeba makes it her goal to provide top notch customer service and ensure the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and as stress-free as possible!

Kara moved to Clarksville in 2020 and earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2008 and her Master’s of Art in Education in 2012. She is married with two boys, a girl, and a dog. Kara relocated to the Clarksville area because the city was growing and was becoming one of the best and affordable places to live in Middle Tennessee. She moved to Clarksville from Hendersonville knowing very little about the area but immediately fell in love with the city. Her family has invested in real estate for over 30 years with multiple homes and farmland in Nashville and West Tennessee. She has experience in selling and purchasing homes because she has bought multiple homes for personal use and investments.

Her experience has given her a passion to help others find their dream home, investment property, or land. There is no place big or small that she is not willing to assist with selling or purchasing.

Michael is originally from Navarre, FL. After attending college at Cumberland University in Lebanon, TN he moved to Clarksville to become a fireman. He served with Clarksville Fire Rescue from 2015 to 2022 where, once through training, he decided to start the process of becoming a Realtor. What started as a side job for him quickly became a second full-time job. Helping his clients reach their goals makes him happy. His prosperous real estate career has led to him to real estate investing and starting a moving company with his brother where they plan to grow and continue to give back to the community.

Michael is joined at home by his loving and supportive wife (Victoria)  and his young daughter (Mila).

He enjoys spending time with his family watching movies, playing board/card games, and cooking. He aspires to cook competition BBQ as a hobby and loves to golf.

Sheldon retired from The United States Army after 26 years of service as a Senior Enlisted Service Member and Logistics Manager. He received the Bronze Star during his time in the Army. Sheldon is originally from Charleston South Carolina and a member of The Ministry Of Reconciliation Church, Clarkville Association of REALTORS (CAR), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).

Sheldon is currently a REALTOR with The Reda Sales Team at Keller Williams Realty for Clarksville / Nashville and the Great State of Tennessee.

He is the owner of FB Services LLC. Sheldon also serves the community as a Military Relocations Profesional, Consultant, Spiritual Counselor, and HR Resource Assistant within the community.

Sheldon serves to help our Families and others to reach and achieve their highest potential, both, Spiritually, Socially and Economically. As we help to shape Humanity, we give Glory To God....

Brooklyn is a proud native of Clarksville where she attended Austin Peay State University to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine.  She also has a master’s degree in Communications from The University of Alabama.  Brooklyn has worked in healthcare and hospital management for over 13 years, where she has enjoyed being able to help others.  During that time, she acquired some rental properties of her own, and eventually decided to follow her passion and obtained her real estate license to be able to better serve her community and hometown.

Brooklyn looks to build lasting relationships with each of her clients by thoroughly listening to their wants and needs, making sure they fully understand each step of the buying and selling process, and giving them undivided guidance and support.  She is committed to helping each of her clients achieve their real estate goals, however big or small!

Hi, I’m Kaycee! I was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. After graduating from Rossview High School, I spent my Freshman year of college at Austin Peay State University, but then relocated to Knoxville, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at The University of Tennessee (Go Vols).

Clarksville called me back home after graduation, and I accepted my first “big girl” job with the state of Tennessee as a Foster Care Case Manager. I quickly learned that helping others is truly my passion, and in 2023, I decided to take my dedication to helping others one step further by obtaining my real estate license. My goal is to continue establishing close relationships with those in our community and give back to the city that raised me.
